This is in memory of our much loved mother, Mrs Dora Emedo Cole who was born on the 5th of June 1940 in Nigeria and passed away on the 22nd of Nov 2009.
With her warm and welcoming nature she joyfully supported others and always looked for the best in people. Those who knew her well knew she loved spending time being around nature, mummy took a lot of pride in her garden.
She was also very active in church, Archbishop Vining memorial and through her exemplary life she taught us all how to truly love .
She is survived by her loving husband, Chief Frederick Adekunle Cole, 4 children , 9 grandchildren and many more nieces and nephews.
Our darling mother, "we have heard all those unspoken words and learnt those lessons you taught.
You will be dearly missed, but will continue to live on in our hearts".
We miss you.

I think Isi said it just right – ‘A lady through and through who carried herself with grace and dignity’ – yet full of fun and laughter and always there with sound advice. You were a true role model, an inspiration and a gift to all of us that knew in any way. Rest in peace.

A Gracious Lady and Loving Mother
Dear Mrs. Cole, Wow! I am yet to believe that you are gone! I remain in denial .... - I just saw you about 6 months ago, and you looked perfect as usual. I will always remember you for being a lady through and through - always carrying yourself with such grace and dignity. Your childrens' friends (including me) were like your own children .... you constantly prayed for us to find good life partners, raise our own children, and you were always proud of our achievements and sought us out wherever we were. I will certainly miss you! My heart is truly broken for Tosin and the rest of your children and grandchildren and of course for 'Daddy.' You and I had a little 'pact' and you left before I could share it with you :-( Your legacy remains evident in the 4 children you raised to be forthright, ambitious and God fearing....
